Hey Reader,

Hope you’ve been experiencing much growth, transformation, and exciting developments this year!

I can’t believe that we’re in the second half of 2025 but I have some exciting stuff to share with you.

I’m running a workshop called “Heart Over Hype” in my friend Bianca B. King’s ‘Pretty Damn Ambitious’ community, and I thought it’s only right that I told my folks about it too.

How did this workshop come about?

You’ve probably noticed the recent market trends. It’s become increasingly easy to create endless hype without any real substance (without heart). I’ve been getting so many questions about this.

So, I created this workshop specifically for those who want to create from their heart first and then letting how great their creative output is be the true fuel for the hype. We love good hype at LyraNova, but only when it’s rooted in something real and magical (also, hence the name: Heart Over Hype).

This is the question that started it all: A.I. can now generate hype even without substance, so what happens when you flip this completely? When you create something truly powerful from your heart first, then use tools like A.I. to amplify that authentic magic? That's where the real magic lives.

What will you discover during this 60-minute experience?

• The 3 steps to unlocking heart-based creation in real time
• How to access peak energy states that fuel clarity and momentum
• The inner rewiring needed to move from overthinking to intuitive action

PSA: The “over-thinker” label is often given to some people by other people who don’t understand visionaries. So, don’t worry. I got your back if you have been mislabeled so in the past.

Six specific things you’ll gain:

1. You’ll understand why most people fall under two extremes when it comes to creating new realities and how you can be part of the 3rd strong class that knows how to create at will.

2. Which leads to the “missing bridge”. I’ll give you the “missing bridge” that most people miss when creating new realities.

3. You’ll understand how to make sure that your “no-longer missing bridge” is sturdy and strong (and not made of hay!). We’ll use neuroscience-based understanding of the flow states to deepen your ability to make this bridge strong.

4. I'll teach you about just one aspect of one incredibly powerful chakra and show you how this ancient wisdom combined with modern neuroscience creates an unstoppable force for manifestation (hello, manifestation ninja status!).

5.BONUS: You’ll get to take 3 fun quizzes during the LIVE workshop. Learning is always fun when you’re fully engaged, seen and celebrated. These quizzes are so much fun and rewarding!

6. For those wishing to dive deeper, you’ll also receive a 20 mins call link during the workshop. During this call, I’ll help you identify your peak performance flow blockers but from both an energetic perspective as well as a neuroscience perspective.

Ready to join me? (I'll be thrilled to see you in there)
